Anti-choice legislators in South Dakota are at it again!
As you have likely seen in the news, anti-choice legislators in South Dakota are, once again, making their true colors known to then entire nation.
South Dakota Legislators are currently trying to pass legislation that mandates government intrusion into personal medical decisions by forcing women into "counseling" at anti-choice Crisis Pregnancy Centers staffed by volunteers. Another bill would consider it justifiable homicide to kill anyone attempting to harm the unborn. If unchallenged, this bill would have dangerous implications should a misguided extremist invoke this "self-defense" statute to justify the murder of a doctor, nurse or volunteer.
