Election day is just six weeks away and that means South Dakota voters will again be deciding if abortions should be banned in the state. Vote Yes For Life, says this year’s ban allows exceptions for rape, incest, and the life and health of the mother. South Dakotan’s are being asked, again, to restrict abortion. Those behind this year’s attempt say it includes what voters say they wanted in 2006—more exceptions to the ban.
