It is nearly here. The legislative session starts on Tuesday, January 8th. Bills are starting to trickle in and soon we will all see what the session has in store in terms of reproductive rights.

In case you missed it at the end of last year, Sen. Phil Jensen told KOTA TV in Rapid City that he is working on more regulations to abortion in South Dakota. The text has not been filed for public consumption. As soon as it is available, we will let folks know; stay tuned.
